How to make Mini lemon bundt cakes

New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make his delicious Mini Lemon Bundt cakes. This recipe makes 6 individual mini lemon Bundt cakes. These cakes are nice and moist with a tender crumb. It's made with 100% Lemon and had over 4 types of Lemon flavor in it! We add Lemon extract, Lemon zest, lemon juice and lemon pudding into the cake in small quantities. Along with flour butter eggs sugar and flour. Once the batter is prepared, we add it into a 6-mold mini-Bundt cake pan and bake it. Once baked we top it with a lemon icing! Hope you all will give this recipe a try!
