Workout #1 in the training cycle of preparation for "Amber Kettlebells 2021" - kettlebell tournament where Mikhail Marshak is going to compete in Half-Snatch with 2×24 kg 10 minutes.

Goal:
1. HS 2×18 kg 2' 26 reps (13 RPM);
REST ≤3';
2. HS 2×20 kg 2' (12-13 RPM);
REST ≤3';
3. HS 2×16 kg 3' (13, 13, 13-15 RPM);

Done:
1. HS 2×18 kg 2' 23 reps (11, 12 RPM), volume - 864 kg;
REST 3';
2. HS 2×20 kg 2' 24 reps (12, 12 RPM), volume - 960 kg;
REST 3';
3. HS 2×16 kg 3' 39 reps (13, 12, 14 RPM), volume - 1248 kg;
