You all know how frustrating it is to learn a guitar lick, only to forget it within a few days. That's a completely normal part of learning. You're not doing it wrong, you're just stopping too soon. Memorizing a guitar lick, or even an entire solo is not a once-and-done thing. It requires frequent repetition, long after you've first mastered it. In this video I'll break down the process of learning AND remembering licks and solos into 3 different levels and explain how each level is necessary for committing licks and solos so deep into your memory that you don't even have to think about them, they just..... appear.
