Diving the Ghost Fleet of Truk Lagoon - Part I

Part I of our incredible adventure of diving the shipwrecks of Truk Lagoon, all sunk in 1944 in Operation Hailstone; thus 68 years underwater. These wrecks - including a submarine and Betty Bomber - each carry their own remarkable story, and within their holds and engine rooms the remarkable collection of the tools of War: Zero fighter aircraft, battle tanks, vehicles, trucks, and munitions & ordinance of every kind ... as well as the remains of the sailors who died aboard in unimaginable circumstances.

Our adventure took place with Capt JJ and Kim, as well as the awesome crew of m/v Odyssey. All video was shot with a GoPro Hero II; unfortunately with a flat lens housing that suffered a blurry spot dead centre screen.
