BEST RUNNING BACK drills for agility, speed and jukes. This is actually my FIRST running back workout, ever. Let me know wat u guys think! But STAY low and continue adapting and improving in yourselves everyday! BELIEVE

⚡️RB OBBI 1⚡️
-4Cone Directional Breaks (keep shoulders low/ not necessarily breaking down like a receiver wuld but more of a plant step)
-JumpCut (a side step but more aggressive/ keep your feet under you/ don’t let your legs kick back/ head fakes/ secure ball to da outside)
-JumpSpin (take it slow/ dis one was difficult for me/ break down then fake one side to a spin)
-Side High Knees (let dat foot plant then if u have someone with u they go “HIT” n u go/be patient/catch yourself/den go/ the longer that foot is planted the better cuz dis drill is for high knees but when u get that leg to really plant n b able to stay there then that balance is getting worked too)

-1 in 1 out
-got 2 side jumps
-end w plant step😳
(stay low/ balanced)
*side step wen you’re side jumping. U wanna plant your feet kinda. N have your feet symmetrical. Don’t kick your inside leg backwards. Stay squared. Stay low. Practice selling those head n shoulder fakes. N secure ball to da outside. U can add a stiff arm or anything. Be creative with your workouts. Learn wats best for u but never settle for less. There’s always something u can improve or get better at.
Definitely should’ve added the stiff arm at the end of the drill

-2 side steps/break to da outside (step up/ step out da box/ side step in/ juke n explode out) *secure football to da outside/ stay squared w your feet
-Jumpover obbi
(1 jump forward/ 2 side jumps/ go up break / 3 side jumps/ go/ juke n explode out) *u don’t need hurdles or anything. Pick up your knees wen u jump. N JuMp.
This one might b a lil difficult so take it slow at first. Don’t rush into your jukes n be controlled.
*To build dat muscle memory. Teaching our body each n every movement. Translate to da field
