Starting a New VANILLA City | Cities Skylines Plazas & Promenades | Modder Plays Vanilla (Episode 1)

In todays video we start the 100% VANILLA city of Azure Coast, which is the start of the Modder Plays Vanilla series. In this series I, a heavy modded player, will try to build a fully functional vanilla city, which I haven't done in years. The goal of this series is to show a modded players perspective on a vanilla city, and to have fun in the vanilla game!

The only mods I am using are a few performance and graphics mods, but even then I barely changed the graphics to keep the vanilla looks.
