This is How to Get SMOOTH Cinematics in Cities: Skylines

In this tutorial I will be showing how to get SMOOTHER Cinematics in Cities Skylines.

DISCLAIMER: this is no 100% guarantee for success, as your computer might just be too bad to run any cinematic smooth at all. But even then, this trick should still improve the quality of them.

For this tutorial you need to download the mod to create cinematic shots (Cinematic Camera Extended), any editing and recording program, and either Play It or Speed Slider v2. Only download one of these two mods, because the function of Speed Slider is implemented in Play It and they might conflict with eachother.
