Cocktail of the Month | Jungle Bird

Jungle Bird

1½ oz Bacardi Black Rum
¾ oz red bitter aperitivo such Campari, or substitute Martini Fiero for a sweeter, less bitter taste
1½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Pineapple frond or lime wheel, for garnish

Add rum, aperitivo, pineapple and lime juices and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice, or crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple frond.
