DMT Breathing Binaural Beats 3 D Acoustic

This longer breathing session was recorded partly with a 3D microphone and acoustic instruments. There are Theta binaural beats in the whole song as well as other natural sounds.
The rhythm of the breathing goes freely, changing slower breathing with faster one. At the end of each breathing are 3 powerful breaths "in" and "out" and after the 1. gong you have to go into retention or "no breathing state" and stay there as long as is comfortable for you. After the 2. gong take a deep breath in and hold it for around 15 seconds until the 3. gong. Then follow the next round. You can adapt the rhythm if you wish.
At the end of the session there are only sounds to support your fly to higher states of mind. :)
