1. 1:18 - Take a close look at your foundation in the interior and exterior of your home!

2. 1:50 - Check your chimney (if applicable)!

3. 2:19 - Nothing frightens a home buyer more than water damage! Investigate for water stains, damp areas, moisture, etc...

4. 2:54 - Dry out any moisture and mold issues BEFORE listing! Be sure to make full disclosure of any such issues and provide receipts for the work that was completed!

5. 3:52 - Address any and all electrical issues!

6. 4:40 - Evaluate and service your HVAC! (HVAC = Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning system)

7. 5:13 - Fix any and all plumbing problems!

8. 5:52 - Examine your roof and your ceilings! Fix any damage!
