Dell driver error "AddDllDirectory could not be located" for windows 7. KB2533623 found in KB4457144

This is the error when installing drivers on a windows 7 dell computer with SP1.
"The procedure entry point AddDllDirectory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

You probably need Microsoft update KB2533623, but it only exists in catalog update: KB4457144

1. The possible solution is to install windows KB update "KB2533623"
