Chelsea Pensioners Parade, King's Road, Chelsea London

The King's Road is typically associated with high fashion and trendy boutiques. On Saturday 1st September 2018, around 10.00AM, the ranks of the Chelsea Pensioners parade down the King's Road with full military escort and two military bands. The weather was bright and sunny.

I telephoned the Royal Hospital about the parade. It turns out this was a "once off" event to commemorate the ending of WW I.
