Can you use two different Google Ads accounts for the same e-commerce domain?

In this video, I answer a very important Google Ads question from someone who wants to keep Search and Display campaigns in Account A, while creating Account B only for Shopping Ads / Product Listing Ads.

The reason behind this setup is that their Shopping campaigns have been stuck at zero impressions for more than a month because of an unresolved account-level issue or shipping block. Since Google support has not fixed the issue, they are considering using a second Google Ads account as a workaround.

The main questions covered in this video are:
