Hot Top Paving Owner makes first court appearance
Hot Top Paving owner Brian Curylo made his first court appearance Monday. Curylo is charged with larceny after collecting $21,050 for an unfinished driveway paving job. An independent contractor told News8 the entire job should have cost about $3,000 to complete.
