Spin fusion workout with loop bands! High intensity, upper body intervals and great for beginners!
This is a high energy and fun fusion spin class where we add loop bands for upper body strength and core conditioning. There are so many benefits to combining these two fitness exercises formats together. The heart is challenged more by adding upper body movements and utilizing more of the core. It really will spice up your spin workout without overtaxing the knees. It will break you through boredom and plateaus that occur when just riding alone. This is best for beginner to intermediate riders .
I am Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness , Spin and Pilates Coach Instructor. My certifications include, A.C.E. , A.F.F.A. , Schwinn , and Pilates Coach Reformer. I have been doing this amazing job for 35 years now and grow more passionate towards fitness every day! I currently own my own fitness studio where I teach Spin, Pilates and do personal training. Knowing that I can help you improve your quality of life, bring joy into your fitness routine and help decrease your pain and stress makes every day worthwhile! I like to make sure to include clear instructions and educate you on why and what you are doing while addressing individual fitness needs , goals and abilities. I offer many exercise formats and like to make workouts fun and creative by combining many together! Functional and safe fitness is the best way I like to do workouts, especially since I am 59 . I look forward to providing you with classes that will leave you feeling energized, successful and strong.
