Rotator work wp#131 Penske ditched

A driver attempted to pull out of a parking lot and put his truck in the ditch trying to attempt to turn wide to go around another driver that was stuck in the snow once they realized he was stuck he had to call Penske

We work with Penske as a contracted service so we where in the area when the call came in so we went over and helped the guy out real quick by placing the drag winch on his tow hook lowest point and winching him onto the road and finish it by pulling him forward with the tow truck
