25 Minute Mat Pilates Calve Raises | With Chair & Ball

Join me for a 25 minute mat pilates session that will utilize the mat, the ball and especially our calves! I consider this session to be between beginner and intermediate difficulty.

We'll start with some standing work before hitting the mat. I'd suggest grabbing a chair for the standing portion for balance.

Don't forget to grab your trustiest ball as well!
