From 78rpm Columbia 1901-D - Where Are You Dream Girl? by The Knickerbockers (Ben Selvin), vocal by Lewis James, recorded in NYC July 2, 1929. Selvin also recorded an instrumental arrangement of this title which was issued on Columbia’s ‘dime store’ labels.
This music is sourced from Rick Colom’s personal archive of several thousand tracks which he had recorded directly to CD-R from his own 78rpm discs (the labels were not scanned). No digital noise reduction procedures or EQ adjustments have been performed on the audio.
