1966 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible restoration part 110 painting the trunk compartment spatter paint

Finished the trunk compartment today. After many hours sanding here and there, I got it good enough for paint. I used a metal etching primer, then with my flower pot gun, I sprayed the spatter paint. Looks like new in the trunk.... super happy with how it looks. most of it is covered with mats. The original side cardboard piece and the original mats are in great shape. I will clean them up and reinstall them.

I got a lot done on the trunk lid too, as you will see in the video. I also put in a short clip of the engine idling. I also do a few seconds at the rear, for that Ford FE exhaust note.
