Weight Management (PHIT Kids and Zoom to Health)

Learn more about our evidence-based group treatment programs for families of children ages 2-18 who carry extra weight and who are ready to make healthy lifestyle changes. Groups are divided based on the age of the child and offered in English and Spanish in the evenings weekly for 8-12 weeks.
