RECIPE:
Flour dredge:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup onion powder
2 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP paprika
1/2 TBSP curry powder
1 TBSP mustard powder
1 TBSP salt
1/2 TBSP black pepper
2 eggs mixed with 1 TBSP soy sauce
3 cups panko.

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich:
2 large chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups Italian Marinara
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 log fresh mozzarella
4 TBSP basil aioli (recipe linked in video)
1 French roll bread
avocado oil for frying
olive oil 2 TBSP
butter 2 TBSP
2 sprigs rosemary
