We Finally received Our Temporary Residence Permit | How to Apply for TRC in Poland|Living in Poland

I hope you all are doing absolutely fine. I made this video especially for those who wish to apply for Temporary Residence Card (TRC). I have included the details below of the organisation from where I got this done.

Firstly let me answer some of the most asked question regarding TRC.

1) Why do you need a TR?
Ans. Most of the countries provide only 1 yr visa. In order to stay longer in the country (you cannot apply for a visa every year literally..) So Poland has TR cards. Once your visa expires you will not be able to leave Poland and if you do, you will not be able to enter in again without having visa or a TRC.

2) When to apply?
Ans. One must apply for a TRC atleast 6 months prior to Visa expiration. The govt of Poland takes around 7-8 months to provide the final decision. If the decision is Yes, then you will be asked to go to the Immigration office to provide fingerprints and signature. If No, then you will have to re-apply for your visa.

3) Things to remember after you apply for one.
Ans. As a best practice i would suggest, that you make sure to keep a track of all the documents are submitted or not. Be in regular contact with you consultant (once in 2-3 weeks) and keep checking if there is any document pending or renew any document etc... (Especially the house agreement needs to be renewed if expired and a new agreement has to be submitted for registration of the address.)

4) Whom to trust and whom not to?
Ans. Which ever organisation/agent that you are taking assistance for application of TRC must be verified. Scam related to TR & PR are common here. Kindly take a note of that.
