Cascading cyst pop. Contents roll down the back into my hand. Sac dissection. Excision and closure.
This cyst was on the back and starting to become tender as it increased in size. You can see the contents were a little juicy, dead skin cells and proteinaceous materials mixed together. The sac wall was thinning out with the increase in pressure and would likely have eventually popped causing an abscess. It’s good we removed it before that could happen.
