How to make the tastiest PERI PERI sauce | Sosi ya Peri Peri| Shuna's Kitchen

This unique Peri Peri sauce can be used to cook or marinate anything. it can be refrigerated for 1 week or keep it a freezer for longer.

Add or reduce the chilli and lemon juice according to your likes.

Ingredients
4 yellow bell peppers
1 hot chilli
2 cloves of garlic
5 to 6 tbsp olive oil

1 and 1/4 cup warm or hot water
2 tbsp chicken flavour or any flavour e.g beef
1 tbsp peri peri spice

I did not add any salt as the chicken flavour had enough salt for the sauce but, you can add salt if needed as this sauce is supposed to be a little salty, and tangy.
