Sweet , Sour and Hot Chicken Whole Wings (English & Swahili)
This is the easiest way to make Sweet n Sour chicken wings, you can use any part of chicken , I like to use whole wings. #shunaskitchen
Ingredients .. to marinate wings you need:
1kg whole chicken wings
Salt
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp all purposes seasoning
Garlic & ginger
3 tbsp vegetables oil
Chilli flakes
1 tbsp honey
Lime juice
To make the source you need;
1/4 hot and sweet of any chilli sauce
1/4 ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
Green chilli for garnishing
