40 MIN Full Body Circuit | Thigh + Glute + Abs At Home Workout | Low Impact #40

Get ready for this quick Full Body Workout using dumbbells. I broke the workouts into 3 sections so if you don't have time for the whole 40 minutes you can stop at any point and go back to finish. We are using a few compound movements to keep that heart rate up and give you a little cardio with the strength. I used 8-10 lb dumbbells for this workout. Stay until the end for a quick booty burn and ab blast. LET'S GO!
