Mazda CX 5 CX 3 Mazda 3 Mazda 6 Mazda 2 Skyactiv Valve Cover & Oil Control Valve Gasket replacement

Hi guys , sharing you another video. This time i had a small issue with this Mazda CX 5 Skyactiv that is a small leak from the Oil Control Valve / VVT Solenoid area.

The car has done 42.000kms and it is 2013 Gen 1 Mazda CX 5.

I had to replace the gasket in order to fix the issue. Hope you guys find this useful . Please Enjoy the video.

NOTE :
Valve cover bolt torque specs are 7Nm.
Please use some RTV sealant on the new gasket (oil control valve) . As it is prone to leak again after 1 - 2 months of use.

Part number PE01 - 10 - 2D5 (Oil Control valve seal)
