It's my birthday!! Fit and 52!! Transforming into the future. Stronger, faster, leaner and keener

I turn 52 next weekend and as is my tradition, I do a bit of a birthday rant. This year is a bit different though as I continue to work to improve, I have begun this journey into the world of YouTube and we have seen quite the transformation in how I present myself and the video's. Many of you have commented or messaged me and we have had some great conversations about some of our interests and challenges that we have as we work towards our goals.

This got me thinking wouldn't be great if we could share our challenges and success with everyone and provide a place where we could give and receive an interchange of encouragement and support from all of the subscribers. Supporting and learning from one another as we move toward our goals. I suggested putting together a Face Book group to do this.
