3 Tips for Getting Strong When the Gym is Closed
With every new year, people get psyched to create some positive change in their lives. However, things still feel the same right now with a lot of businesses (including gyms) still being closed. This is why I want to share some of the approaches I used last year that were pretty effective in maintaining and even improving my fitness.
