Classical Spitz nevus for beginners Phillip McKee, Antonina Kalmykova, CSD health Care

This is an introductory video for residents and fellows discussing two Spitz nevi showing classical features. Circumscription, symmetry & maturation are emphasized. Immunohistochemistry including HMB45, p16 and Ki67 is shown in one of the cases. Features of concern for possible Spitzoid melanoma are briefly mentioned.
