Day two of new program using the Krasi Pulley (armwrestling specifics)

Day two of figuring out what exercises I feel can benefit me when armwrestling. Going relativly light. Building up work capasity and tendons for harder training in the longterm. Not trying to get to carried away.

Show in video, one of the working sets of each of the following exercises: (Speed up 3x)
- Sidepressure with wristwrench from mid position, standing more sideways to the cable, trying to get alot pec and internal rotation
- Sidepressure / backpressure finishing power with pronation, similar to the way I end a toproll normally
- Backpressure with mazurenko conic handle, mid position on the pulley.
- Press with towel, supinated ish, didnt like this one actually
- Chopping with towel (ulnar deviation)
