Welcome to HYPOXiX Deep Squat 1.5.

This is the final breathing progression of Level 1 in the HYPOXiX Deep Squat Series.

Using a chair-supported squat position, we continue strengthening and mobilizing the muscles necessary to safely progress toward a deeper squat closer to the floor in future levels.

Today’s advanced beginner breathing progression is:
* 7 stacked nasal inhales
* 14 second controlled exhale

This extended breath cycle helps improve:
* Breath control
* Deep core endurance
* Hip mobility
* Spinal mobility
* Relaxation under tension
* Postural awareness

The longer exhale encourages the body to release unnecessary tension while improving mobility and stability throughout the squat position.
