Today’s breathing progression advances to:
* 6 stacked nasal inhales
* 12 second controlled exhale

The extended exhale helps:
* Mobilize the spine
* Open the hips
* Improve deep core endurance
* Increase postural stability
* Improve relaxation inside deep ranges of motion

This level challenges not only flexibility, but the ability to stay calm and controlled while maintaining posture and breathing efficiency in a demanding squat position.
