Aerial Hoop Conditioning: How to build strong arms and core
#aerialhoopconditioning #aerialhoopforbeginners #aerialhoopbasics
Good Day to all you aspiring aerialists out there!
Today, I bring you a tutorial for building a strong core and strong arms, to help you towards your aerial champion goals.
Many of us focus on learning the "cool" tricks, poses, and choreography. Let me be honest with you, you will not see much progress if you do not condition. You must be strong in your core to stabilize and execute certain tricks and transitions and you must be strong in your arms to pull up and move around the lyra.
This short tutorial is meant for all aerialists no matter where they are on their journey. You may use it as a warm up round to prepare you for lyra choreography or you may complete 3-5 sets and use it as a work out.
AS ALWAYS:
-Use a mat
-Listen to your body and take things slow it is not a race
**This video is meant to supplement aerial training and does NOT replace formal instruction**
Always use caution when practicing aerial arts.
