This week Melinda is in the kitchen cooking a Party Sandwich Loaf. This dish was often served as the centerpiece at the table at baby showers and women’s luncheons in the 60s and 70s, and it sure does look presentable! It’s a sandwich that’s constructed from 4 layers of bread and three distinct layers of filling, frosted like a cake with cream cheese and decorated with vegetables.
