Britannic, Titanic, Mauretania, Queen Elizabeth Sinking models on parade 2020 model sinking montage

Sinking Model Fans -THIS IS FOR YOU!!! This is my largest sinking model movie to date. Almost 11 minutes of sinking models. And when I say sinking models I mean sinking models!!! LOL that’s all this video is!!! In this video you will see the following steamships floating in the pool and then you will see them sink: Britannic, Titanic, Mauretania, Queen Elizabeth. I sink each multiple times in real time with a little slow motion and even a little bit of underwater shots... I also have my sons toy submarine and my Radio Control HMS Hood in the video (I do not sink these) I only sink the liners in the video. Please note that my goal was to only show the models sinking, I did not try to recreate exactly how their real ship counterparts sank or educate on this video so the sinking's are not historically accurate and I did not intend them to be; All I did was create models that have weights and valves to control water entering and I let gravity do the rest... So please forgive me if the list or the plunge does not match history - or in the case of the Queen Elizabeth which was on fire (Spent to much time on the model to burn it) - so this was only for fun. Also since I know many of you ask this - here is some background on the models I used - The Britannic model is a Revell Titanic kit - painted to resemble the Britannic (it is not actually a Britannic model) and the Mauretania model is actually the Mauretania and is a kit by Airflix (I sink it like it was the Lusitania) but it is in fact the Mauretania and it's real life counterpart ended her career in the wreckers yard - (she never sank), The Queen Elizabeth is a kit by Airflix and her original counterpart met her end with fire sinking in Hong Kong Harbor back in the early 1970's, The HMS Hood, which I do not sink in the video as it is radio control and would be damaged, met her end during WWII at the hands of the Bismarck, lastly the Titanic sinking model is a rare vintage toy from the late 1990's, I have had this since then and I only paid $12.00 at retail - I had no idea it would be so sought after today! And one very important remark to note concerning this video’s content - this video focuses on the fun of making sinking ship models but it is important to remember that the real life counterparts of these ships that did actually sink - people did loose their lives - we can not forget that and let’s hope we never have to experience that - so I mean no disrespect to their memories or their families as this video is meant to only be focused only on the ship models... but I do encourage everyone to read about the real life counterparts of these ship models and the people that sailed on them - to know their true stories!!! With that said I truly hope you enjoyed this video - please feel free to subscribe - during the summer months when my pool is open I try to make a few videos about ships / toy boats, I also like to do other hobby videos during the rest of the year about trains and RC cars so I try to put out a few videos now and then - I promise I won't clog your alerts - Thank you to the youtube audio library for providing the audio tracks: "Waltz Of The Flowers" by Tchaikovsky, "The Blue Danube" by Strauss & Brahms. Lastly and most importantly thank you to our viewers and subscribers who have found and watched this video and all the others we made!!! Thank you for your support!!!
