Indianapolis police officers serve ice cream at Cops & Cones

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers on Wednesday night served ice cream in an event called Cops & Cones. The event at Liftoff Creamery, located downtown on 16th Street near Meridian Street, celebrated the creamery’s recent expansion.
