Hola mi nombre es Adventure Elliot y soy un estadounidense que le encanta hablar español y mostrar el mundo hispanohablante si es en España, América Central, o Sudamérica.

Les traigo un video gracioso del proceso de hacer y comer comida típica de Venezuela: Cachapas!

Mi canal se trata de mostrar el mundo hispanohablante un vídeo a la vez. Como tal, decidí mostrarles yo, Adventure Elliot, conocido como el Gringo (Guiri) Venezolano lo que era cocinar y probar cachapas por primera vez. No estaba decepcionado!! Las cachapas son una comida típica rica venezolana (que Vaina!) que se hace con una tortilla de maíz dulce donde se pone queso Guayenés (de la región Guayana en Venezuela), carne mechada, aguacates, tejadas (plátanos fritos), o lo que te da la ganas! De hecho, he probado hallacas, pabellón criollo, arroz con pollo, empanadas, arepas, perros calientes y otras comidas venezolanos, y las cachapas son mejores que todas ellas, te lo juro!

Vivo en Madrid España actualmente y amo la cultura y la gente aquí (puedes ver que tengo bastantes videos de viajes y temas acá en España), pero también tengo un lugar especial para Venezuela en mi corazón. Cada vez que viajaba a Panamá, Costa Rica, y Colombia desde 2016, he conocido a venezolanos y siempre me han recibido con los brazos y los corazones abiertos. Sus caracteres son únicas. Lo mismo ha pasado aquí en España.

Por lo tanto, tengo grandes planes de futuro y deseo de conocer la verdadera Venezuela. Quiero viajar a los Andes de Mérida. Quiero pasar por las increíbles zonas urbanas de Caracas, Maracay, Maracaibo y Valencia. Quiero relajarme en las hermosas playas caribeñas de Sucre. Quiero aventurarme en la selva del amazonas. Quiero conocer las zonas de cultivación dónde se produce el queso mas rico de Latinoamérica. Mira gente, aquí está solo el comienzo.

ENGLISH: My channel is about showing the Spanish-speaking world one video at a time. As such, I decided to show you, Adventure Elliot, known as the Venezuelan Gringo (Guiri) what it was like to cook and taste cachapas for the first time. I was not disappointed!! The cachapas are a typical rich Venezuelan meal that is made with a sweet corn tortilla where you put Guayenés cheese (from the Guayana region in Venezuela), shredded meat, avocados, fried plantains, or what gives you want!

I currently live in Madrid Spain and love the culture and people here (you can see that I have quite a few videos of trips and themes here in Spain), but I also have a special place for Venezuela in my heart. Every time I traveled to Panama, Costa Rica, and Colombia since 2016, I have met Venezuelans and have always received me with open arms and hearts. Their characters are unique and special. The same has happened here in Spain while meeting Spaniards and latinos! I love Venezuelans!!

Therefore, I have big wishes and plans for the future and to know the real Venezuela. I want to travel to the Andes of Merida. I want to pass through the incredible urban areas of Caracas, Maracay, Maracaibo and Valencia. I want to relax on the beautiful Caribbean beaches of Sucre. I want to venture into the Amazon jungle. I want to know the cultivation zones where the richest cheese is produced in Latin America. Look people, it's just the beginning.. I'm so excited. :D
