Hello guys,
Welcome to part 2 of my apartment hunting! I would say in this 2nd half I struggled with the reality of moving in Japan and the expensive move-in fees 😂 Even though with our initial budget for rent, I believe that we could have gotten something that ticked most of our requirements - I realised that with that amount of rent, the move-in fees were too expensive for us at this time. That forced us to lower our rent budget (since higher rent generally = higher move-in fees) which then restricted what was available to us. Omg! I'm so glad we found a place and that it's all over now!!!
