Police Chief's New Tattoo Honors Young Cancer Patient

A Texas police chief was moved to tears when he learned that 6-year-old Abigail Arias was battling a rare form of terminal cancer. To help give her the power to fight it, Chief Ray Garivey swore her into the Freeport Police Department as an honorary officer. Abigail says the uniform "keeps me brave." Now the chief is Abigail's sidekick as she fights for her life, joining the community rallying around her. As InsideEdition.com's Stephanie Officer explains, Garivey made good on a promise to forever honor his new buddy. #InsideEdition
