Sous Vide CHEESECAKE Perfection!

My wife makes the best CHEESECAKE ever, it is a Chantal's New York Cheesecake. This came out perfect in Sous Vide, its even better than the oven. We could not believe that this cheesecake was so good. The consistency of this cheesecake was even better than the traditional one made in the oven. Sous vide keeps amazing me with the possibilities. I am very happy to share this Chantal's New York style Cheesecake recipe with you. This recipe was originally from allrecipes.com but we made our variation for sous vide, and it worked out great.

Sous Vide Cheesecake Ingredients Amounts

THE CRUST
* 1 Package Nilla Cookies
* 1/4 Cup Of Granulated Sugar (adjust To Taste)
* 1/3 Cup Butter, For Softer Consistency Add An Extra Teaspoon

THE BATTER
* 4 (8 Ounce) Packages Cream Cheese
* 1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
* 3/4 Cup Milk
* 4 Eggs
* 1 Cup Sour Cream
* 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
* 1/4 Cup All-purpose Flour
