A Business Process Model is usually useful for translating a company's Business Strategy and Business Model.

However, once you understand the company's Business Process Model, which can be broken down into business processes for each organizational function within the company, you can easily design Organizational KPIs, Organizational Structure Charts, Job Descriptions, Job Grading, RACI matrix, manpower planning calculations based on workload analysis, competency matrices, and training matrices based on the business process.
