Integrating the work results of the UBS Gold HC task force team and also the facilitation process of recruitment consultants and corporate university has been a unique experience while working as a management consultant.

Usually, the work of several consultants in Human Capital is reviewed and verified by us, but at UBS Gold, we work together simultaneously, so the speed of the HC task force team's work is quite fast and directly integrated from business strategy to organizational strategy to people strategy.
