My boyfriend interviews me in Vietnamese || Learning Vietnamese

What's a better way to learn a language than practicing it with native speakers? I've been learning Vietnamese for over 6 months now and I am finally at the level of basic communication (kind of). So, in this video, my boyfriend asks me questions starting with some simple ones to more complex ones (for a vietnamese beginner).

Want to know how to start learning Vietnamese? I recommend a company called 123 Vietnamese (123 Tieng Viet). They have their own books which you learn from during the lessons with a Vietnamese teacher.

I also live in Saigon and it was quite difficult to find lessons or apps online which focus mainly on the southern Vietnamese accent, which is also why I opted for a Vietnamese teacher.

I wish I started learning from a teacher sooner because now I know a little bit, I find myself learning faster and faster and my boyfriend can help me perfect pronunciation.

I find remembering vocabulary the most difficult part of learning Vietnamese but speaking and pronunciation is definitely up there too. How was my pronunciation?

During the outbreak, I've been learning Vietnamese online with my own private tutor. There's honestly not a better time to start learning vietnamese than now.

I was going to make a video at my progress at 3 months which I regret not doing as it would be interesting to see the development. So now I will be giving updates on my learning. So expect to see a "1 year learning vietnamese" in the future.
