4 TBS ALMOND FLOUR
2 TBS COCOA POWDER
1 TSP COCONUT OIL
1 TSP VANILLA
1 TBS HEAVY CREAM
1 TBS STRONG COFFEE (OPTIONAL)
2 TBS MONKFRUIT GOLDEN
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

MAKES 4 CHAFFLES

FROSTING:

IN A SAUCEPAN (SEE VIDEO FOR COOKING INSTRUCTIONS)
1 EGG YOLK
1/4 HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
2 TBS MONKFRUIT GOLDEN
1 TBS BUTTER

STIR IN
