Slim legs & thigh burn🔥secret+ easy workout | 2 weeks beginner challenge (15min,quiet,no equipment)

As requested, here's my secret to skinny and toned legs!
The workout is super easy and perfect for beginners ;)
Also, there's no jumping, so you can do it quietly at night (for those who are busy in the daytime)
I did it 3 times on the day I filmed it lmaooo but once every day is enough! (twice if u wanna see results faster)
