Final Space Season 3 Episode 1 Recap "? And Into The Fire."

Gary and crew are stuck in Final Space after entering it with Bolo at the end of last season. Gary reunites with his love interest, Quinn, but she is hiding something from him. Gary and company are chased my Invictus, a malicious entity existing in Final Space, that wants Mooncake.

After a month from hiding from Invictus, the entity animates corpses of Gary to chase down Gary and Mooncake. Meanwhile Bolo gets into a fight with the other titans, which results in the groups getting split into two, both underground.

Gary and Quinn have to deal with the revelation that Tribore Menendez was pregnant the whole time and assist with his hatching. Tribore has a son, who names himself Quatronostro.

And Gary and Avocato have a homoerotic moment, where they communicate with each other through rocks.

Avocato and company meet a giant robot that was stuck underground.
The creature tells them that Final Space poisons those who exist in it and that there is no way out. Ash puts him out of his misery.

When Gary and Quinn get to the service, they are catapulted (with H.U.E. and KVN) out into the atmosphere, all alone. But they do discover Earth. Bolo thinks Gary is dead and takes Mooncake with him on his quest to get revenge on the rest of the titans.
