How to Add Custom Sketch Hand in Explaindio 4.0

In this tutorial, you will learn How to Add a Custom Sketch Hand in Explaindio 4.0. One of the many animation options in Explaindio is the Hand-Sketch Animation. This is a whiteboard animation option with which you can create unique videos.

With EVC 4.0, you get a few sketch hands in the Pen Gallery. However, you can also add custom sketch hands to the Pen Gallery. This allows you to create videos with your own sketch hands. In this tutorial, I created a custom sketch hand using my own hand and then imported it into Explaindio.

To add a custom sketch hand to the Pen Gallery in Explaindio, follow these steps: (1) open a current video project or create a new one; (2) add an element to the canvas and apply the Sketch-by-Hand animation; (3) close the canvas and go to the Effects tab; (4) click on the Set Hand button; (5) in the Pen Gallery, click on the Add Custom Pen button; (6) choose your custom sketch hand and click Open; (7) drag the sketch hand and place the tip on the red cross-hairs; (8) and finally, click the Add Custom Pen button.
