Clean Windows 11 Install with No TPM 2 0, with Hiren's BootCD PE Installed on a Rescue Partition

I wanted to use DISM to try to install Hiren's BootCD PE on a partition along side my Windows 11 Installation. I think it is probably better to boot Hiren's off a flash drive if you need to use it, however, in a pinch (or if you're like me and can't find your flash drives), having Hiren's bootable right on your PC could come in useful. This needs some more tweaking and research to be useful, but I think this was a start.

👉 *Commands I typed in (in case it's too hard to see them in the video):*

⌨️ *To assign the drive letter to the UEFI partition in diskpart:*
select disk 0
select partition 1
assign letter=u

⌨️ *Use DISM to copy Hiren's BootCD PE boot.wim file to the rescue partition:*
dism /Apply-Image ImageFile:E\sources\boot.wim /Index:1 /ApplyDir:Y:\

⌨️ *To add the boot menu entry for the Preinstallation Environment:*
bcdboot Y:\Windows /s U:
