On July 28-29, 2022, Breathitt County, KY was wrecked by the worst flooding on record. The vocational school where I teach had about 4 feet of water in it. All teachers lost about 98% or more of what we had to work with.
We are temporarily housed at the community college. I have loaner computers that are good enough for normal business tasks, but I don't have a replacement for the video editing Mac Mini we had. I've setup a DonorsChoose.org campaign where people can donate to help use get a new iMac. My multimedia focused classes really need this machine in order to learn video editing. At the time of starting this live stream, we need about $1,050 to meet the $1,500 goal. I've got until March 1st to get it funded.
